1. Responsible person

Giovana M., working under the Rubia Espiritual brand, is responsible for processing your personal data.

2. Information we collect

Identification and contact: name, email address, country and time zone.

Service information: date, time and place of birth; the question or subject you share; possible dates for an event (Choose Your Date).

For Expediente Rubia: essential family details you choose to share, such as dates and places of birth.

For psychological consultation: mental and emotional health information you share during consultations.

Payment information: payment is handled by Meru through a payment link. We do not receive or store your card details.

3. Sensitive personal data

We consider information about your health (in psychological consultations), and information that may reveal religious, philosophical or spiritual beliefs (in readings and practices), to be sensitive personal data. We process it only with your express consent, given by checking the form’s consent box and, for psychological consultation, by signing the informed-consent document.

4. Purposes

Necessary purposes: responding to your request and arranging details; preparing and providing the reading, session, workshop or consultation; sending payment links, materials and recordings; and maintaining psychological consultation records as required by applicable rules.

Additional purpose, not necessary for the service: sending updates and content from The Archive.

Declining does not affect the service you purchase.

5. Who processes your information

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own purposes. We use providers that process data on our behalf: Formspree for forms, with servers outside Mexico; Meru for payment links; Zoom, Google Meet or Proton Meet for online sessions, depending on the agreed platform.

We would share data with authorities only where required by law.

6. Retention

Requests that do not lead to a service: 6 months.

Information and materials for purchased services: 2 years after the last session.

Session recordings: 90 days after delivery; download them if you want to keep them.

Family information for Expediente Rubia: deleted when the final dossier is delivered.

Psychological consultation records: for the period required by applicable rules.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct or cancel your personal data, object to its use (ARCO rights), and withdraw your consent. We respond within the time limits established by law. If you believe your rights have not been addressed, you may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the authority responsible for personal data protection.

8. Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies.

9. Minors

Our services are only for people aged 18 and over. We do not intentionally collect information from minors.

10. Changes to this notice

Any changes will be published on this page with the updated date.
