Rest is not another task

Your list says “rest” between emails and shopping. Even the pause has a checkbox. I also turn self-care into another task. I want to do it well and demand more.

Today I prefer a smaller question. What could wait for ten minutes? You do not need to rest to produce more afterwards. You can stop measuring the day by your achievements.
